Logo designs and custom messages can be added to two sides of the mug. When you complete your order you will be contacted about what files and information we need. We do our best to make it easy!

How do we submit artwork and custom message?
After receiving your order we will contact you at the email address you provide at checkout to begin that process.
Do you need a specific file type or size?
If you are submitting a logo we prefer an SVG if you have one. Otherwise we can work with high resolution PNG or JPEG files. We will work with you to make sure your files are usable.
How are images engraved on the cup?
A laser engraver is used to put your logo/image/words on the cup. This makes for a crisp, long lasting image.
Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
No. Placing in the dishwasher may cause the outer coating to come off.
Do these cups fit in a cup holder?
In most cases, no. They are 3.4" at the base which is a bit wider than most standard cup holders.
